American born architect who made his home in Bangkok and established the world famous Jim Thompson Silk Brand
In 1967 when on a walking trek in the Cameron Highlands in Malaysia, Jim Thompson went missing and has not been heard of for over 40 years
One of the premier tourist attractions in Bangkok located near to Siam Square at the end of a street (soi) adjacent to a canal (klong)
The complex houses a mumber of traditional Thai teak houses joined together to make one splendid residence with the interior adorned with fine works of art and antiques
