The Nobel Peace Prize is usually a fairly secretive issue with leaking of nominees not being the normal status

However this year some very exclusive names have been released as nominees for the

Nobel Peace Prize 2010

They are Liu Xiaobo - Svetlana Gannushkina - The Internet

• The nominees are kept secret for 50 years before being released by the Awards Committee
• However this year 2010 some who make the nominations have released names of some who are going to be considered for the Nobel Peace Prize 2010

• Norwegian politician Erna Solberg has nominated
• Russian rights activist Svetlana Gannushkina and her group Memorial

• 2003 Nobel laureate Shirin Ebadi has signed on with Wired magazine's Italian edition to nominate
• The Internet for promoting dialogue and democracy

The winner will be announced in October 2010
