Tak from Yala is back in Bangkok after her holiday in Phuket.

Tak's fans know that means it's time to go shopping again at one of Bangkok's many fashion malls.

Today May 6, 2008 we tagged along on Tak's spree at the huge Mahboonkrong mall {MBK} across the street from Siam Square.

Tak said she needed some new shoes.

OK let's go shopping with a pro.

We noticed a vintage movie poster on the wall of one of the shops for TNT Jackson,a 70's classic 'She's a one mama massacre machine'. Kind of like Tak shopping - single minded determination to get the most fashion bang for her baht.

Cute shoes 199 baht.
Two pretty dresses 199 baht each.
Lunch at Black Canyon 200 baht.
Very spicy Som Tam at a food stall on Soi, 6, 25 baht.
Total cost about $30.
